About
YTEPP's Institute of Cosmetology (IOC) was conceptualized as a Centre of Excellence for Cosmetology. Development, design and layout were completed during a 3-year partnership with the Vancouver Island University (VIU) of Canada, under the auspices of the CARICOM Education for Employment (C-EFFE) Programme. The IOC welcomed its first cohort of students in January, 2017.
